2. The types of investors for whom it is intended:

As an ICO, small investors are intended as investors for our project, who can guarantee their participation in the ICO after a KYC ID verification process to purchase the ENTY token through the full Pre-sales! There will be 3 different Pre-sale rounds, each promising different benefits for individual retail investors!

3. The risk and reward profile of the product, which includes a summary risk indicator, the possible maximum loss of invested capital and appropriate performance scenarios of the product

The risk and return profile is as follows: We set up our ICO (all presale rounds) like this that private investors with a high profit participation can benefit from it! It looks like this: We want different heights in the different presale rounds Secure (above average) returns by also fixing the public sale with a fixed price and the listings on the various DEX/CEX-es are fixed with it! We ONLY guarantee the profit price range between each presale tier and the public sale price, not more! We will want to enforce a pricing policy that can reduce more volatile market price fluctuation! Very important to mention is the vesting schedule throughout the tokenomics, which will continue to be guaranteed even after the public sale! We hope this results in a relatively low risk indicator for investors! However, since it is a blockchain or cryptocurrency, we cannot rule out a maximum loss of later trading, this cannot be guaranteed by anyone! We would like to draw the attention of every potential small investor to this!

About the performance scenarios of the product/service, we assume that our final product - the enterapp.io is a benchmark when it comes to crypto finance and will want to appeal to the masses, that's the long-term goal!

4. The costs and obligations that investors have to bear when investing in the product/service

The costs of the ENTY token purchase are clearly specified in the ICO (pre-sale), plus there are blockchain transaction fees with every purchase, which are always guaranteed by a third-party provider, carried out by a WEB3 wallet for example) We have NO influence on that! The retail investor undertakes and accepts the associated vesting schedule with the purchase of the ENTY token, i.e. the various periods such as "Cliff Period, and the subsequent linear vesting by TGE in the various pre-sale rounds (1 - 3)!

5. Information about how and to whom an investor can make a complaint in case there is a problem with the product or the person producing, advising on or selling the product

We will make all of our various social media channels available for investors to contact, and in certain cases they can also personally reach out to the CEO of the project!

We reserve the right to make changes to the course of the ICO!

What will that means?

"We reserve the right to make changes to the course of the ICO!"

This can mean, for example, that we end the Pre-sale in the case of a Pre-sale stage (e.g. the third stage) or do not release it at all!

That can have several reasons! Either the time for the full process of the entire ICO is running out - and does not fit into the statutory 12 months! Or we have to change certain points in the whitepaper because this cannot be avoided in the developing process etc...! But we will always communicate this freely ahead of time through our social media channels!
